So like probably 90% of other brides to be out there I need to lose weight before I get married. I am not posting this so that everyone will tell me I don't. The honest truth is I do!
My darling mother calls my fiancé a "fat feeder" and unfortunately this is so true. I was much, much lighter before I got this happy!
I have started taking daily walks with my big sister who has lost a ridiculous amount of weight recently and if I'm not careful will look much, much better than me on my wedding day.
I have decided in an effort to keep myself motivated, to give you weekly updates on my weight loss and this is the first.
To be in my healthy weight range I need to loose about 1.5kg a week between now and February. I have no idea if I can stay that motivated but we shall see how I go. To be honest I’ll just be happy if I can even get close to that.
